I'm visiting on vacation, needed a refill on a medication that can be difficult to get. But called to check on status after I had my provider send the script down here, and was informed they can't get the dosage I needed, but offered to transfer the prescription to the pharmacy at the Publix not far away. So after thinking it would be a struggle to get it filled, I had my script in a day with almost no effort on my part. Back home, I've struggled to get these filled consistently and also to get good help and direction from a pharmacist, and this was a very positive experience even though I didn't buy anything from them.
